About Molly:
Molly is a Licensed Social Worker who holds an MSW from Loyola University. Her interests include supporting individuals through life transitions, identity shifts, relationship changes, age-related issues—especially those in midlife and later years—grief and loss, and emotional well-being.
In 2021, Molly launched a podcast she produced and hosted about people who have made major life changes after age 40. The show featured conversations with adults about their fears and insecurities, how they navigated hard emotions to make desired changes in their careers, relationships, health, and friendships, and, most importantly, how they viewed themselves in relation to the rest of their world. She is also a storytelling advocate, sharing personal stories on stage and speaking at events about the power of storytelling. Through this work, Molly has reaffirmed her belief in storytelling as a powerful therapeutic tool—one that helps people make sense of their experiences, reclaim their voice, and find meaning in change.
In addition to her clinical training, Molly is a certified life coach with a strong interest in addressing loneliness and fostering connection. Her approach is grounded in empathy and curiosity, with a strengths-based perspective that emphasizes honoring each client’s story as central to the therapeutic process. Molly is committed to creating a supportive, reflective space where individuals recognize their inherent value, find their purpose, and live fully at any life stage.
