About Lindsey:

Lindsey (she/her) is a Licensed Social Worker who holds an MSW from Loyola University Chicago, accompanied by an undergraduate degree in Studio Art with a minor in Psychology. She is deeply dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive support to adults navigating Neurodivergence, OCD, anxiety, mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, and identity formation. Lindsey also provides tailored support for individuals experiencing PTSD, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and affirming care for Queer identities.

Lindsey utilizes an integrative, holistic approach that incorporates creativity and play alongside evidence-based interventions to support emotional processing, healing, and self-actualization. Her work draws from psychodynamic therapy, inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Cultural Humility. She also emphasizes somatic practices as a central component of the therapeutic process to support embodied awareness and regulation.

Outside of her professional life, Lindsey is passionate about creativity, which is reflected in her hobbies. She enjoys painting, reading, playing/listening to music, video/board games, attending live performances, and staying active outdoors. Lindsey’s goal is to create a collaborative, supportive, and empowering environment where clients feel heard, can explore their challenges, cultivate awareness, and foster personal growth.
