Absolutely! If you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance, we can provide you with a superbill for you to request reimbursement from your insurance for out-of-network mental health coverage if applicable. You can also pay out of pocket.
This will depend on your insurance plan and benefits. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your mental health and/or medication management benefits.

Insurance plans vary. Sometimes your copay will kick in after you have met your deductible. Please call number on back of insurance card to see how close you are to meeting your deductible and how much you will be paying until then.
(Co-pays and deductibles are both features of most insurance plans. A deductible is an amount that must be paid for covered healthcare services before insurance begins paying. Co-pays are typically charged after a deductible has already been met.)
For self-pay clients, we strive to run cards as close as we can to the date of service. However, sometimes things can get a little delayed and you might get charged a day or two after your session.
For clients who are using their insurance, we do not charge your card until your insurance has processed claims. This can take anywhere between one or four weeks on average. Once insurance has processed your claim and set up the amount owed, then we proceed to run payments.
